The other day I showed you a salad from Moroccan cuisine made from beets and tomatoes, and then I came across another salad, also with an unusual combination: from radish with orange. I decided to cook this salad too. At first I made a small portion, but after trying, I increased the ingredients, since the salad turned out to be delicious and, I would say, girlish. Well, and a separate ode to the bright colors of the salad, which simply cheer up!
To prepare Moroccan radish and orange salad, prepare the necessary products from the list.
The first step is to peel the oranges, remove the white membranes and films. Break the orange slices into pieces.
Cut the radish into thin slices, put in a deep bowl, add the oranges.
Cut the red onion into thin half rings and add to a bowl. At this stage, you also need to add fresh mint, but I did not find it in the winter.
For the sauce, mix lemon juice, sugar and salt, stir well, and then pour in vegetable oil.
Put lettuce leaves in portioned bowls on the bottom. Toss the radishes, oranges and onions gently. Arrange the Moroccan radish and orange salad in the bowls. Pour over the resulting sauce and season with black pepper.
Serve a refreshing and delicious salad to the table.
