Such a lean salad of champignons and green beans is quite satisfying, albeit low in calories. It can be served warm or cold, as well as a side dish for main courses. Korean carrots are an optional ingredient, but they add spice.
Prepare the ingredients for the lean mushroom salad:
Fry the onion in vegetable oil, salt.
Add the sliced mushrooms.
Fry with stirring until the mushrooms are cooked through, i.e. up to five minutes.
Scald the green beans and add to the mushrooms.
Simmer for three minutes over low heat.
Toss with Korean carrots.
Add fresh tomato wedges when serving.
Lean salad with mushrooms is ready.
