Fresh vegetables from the garden will soon be in abundance. My family is very fond of various vegetable salads. They are good both on their own and with various additives. Try, for example, adding cheese to them. It gives its "zest" to the familiar dishes! Tasty!
To prepare a vegetable salad with feta cheese, you need to take Chinese cabbage, ripe red tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, canned green peas, feta cheese, olive oil, black pepper and salt.
Chop the cabbage into thin strips.
Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
Wash the cucumbers, cut them lengthwise into 4 parts, and then chop each half finely.
Finely chop the cheese.
Combine all prepared ingredients, add peas, salt and pepper.
Mix everything, season with olive oil and stir again.
