There are so many options for everyone's favorite salad "Olivier" - and not to count! Do you know that this salad can also be prepared in a lean version? And with fried mushrooms and onions you get a very unusual, tasty and nourishing salad "Olivier".
For the preparation of a lean salad "Olivier" with mushrooms, take the products from the list. Wash the potatoes and carrots under running water, peel the onions and mushroom caps. Boil potatoes and carrots in slightly salted water until tender. I have small young potatoes, so I took a little more.
Chop the onion and mushrooms, fry in a little vegetable oil until tender.
