Step by step recipe with photo
I really like the combination of mushrooms and beans in a wide variety of dishes: soups, side dishes and salads. I want to introduce you to the recipe for a simple salad of dried mushrooms with beans. Beans can be canned or pre-cooked by you, as well as any variety and color.
This version of the salad contains forest mushrooms dried in an electric dryer, and canned white beans. If the mushrooms are dried in the oven, they will give a more tart flavor and a darker color.
The salad is very satisfying, and it can be dressed with mayonnaise, sour cream with spices, or just butter, on which the onions have languished.
By the way, if you grind the salad with a blender, you get a delicious pate.
To prepare a salad with dried mushrooms, prepare the ingredients according to the list.
Pour boiling water over the dried mushrooms and leave soaked for about one hour.
Then boil the dried mushrooms until soft in slightly salted water. Throw the finished mushrooms in a colander.
Cut the onion into a medium dice and simmer in a skillet over medium heat in vegetable oil. Season with salt.
Drain the beans too.
Add the chopped mushrooms, prepared onions and minced garlic to the beans.
Stir and season with, for example, mayonnaise with fresh chopped or dry dill.
Salad with dried mushrooms and beans is ready.
Enjoy your meal!
