The number of salads, which exists only on the Internet, is innumerable, but how many variations are still given by the wild imagination of hostesses and various chefs, masters of their craft - there is an infinite number here. There are warm / cold salads, puff, meat / vegetable / fish / fruit. Surely in every family there is that one, beloved and unique, which is the center of any feast. Today we offer one version of salad with meat, from the recipe of which you can build on and create new tastes.
We take pork meat as a basis, experimenting, replace it with veal, turkey, chicken, smoked. The meat is complemented by a sour apple, crispy and dense in structure - a sort of semerenko. You can't do without delicious hard cheese and a handful of walnuts. We prefer sour cream as a sauce, but mayonnaise can also be used if desired. Here is such a seemingly minimal set of products, and the result is incomparable, perfectly balanced in taste.
To prepare a salad with pork and an apple, take the ingredients from the list and proceed.
The meat for the salad must be boiled in advance, it is better to do this in the evening, and quickly prepare the salad itself in the morning. We choose not fatty pork, tenderloin, pulp, without layers of fat are perfect. We wash the meat in cold water. Put the pork pulp in a saucepan, fill it with water, set it to cook. After removing the foam, you can flavor the broth with a number of familiar spices - allspice and peppers, laurel, cloves, salt. Cook the meat for half an hour. Then cool the meat in the broth. Cut the pork into small pieces and load into a bowl. The broth can be used for your own purposes - cooking sauces or soups.
Now we take a sour apple, the Semerenko variety is great for this salad, it is dense, crunchy and sour. Cut out the seed box from the apple, remove the peel. Cut the halves of the peeled apple into plates, then cut into strips. We load the apple straws to the meat.
Rub a bar of delicious hard cheese on the coarsest grater. Unload the cheese shavings into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
We clean the walnuts from the shell, then dry them in a dry hot frying pan. We load all the nuts into the blender bowl. Grind the nuts into crumb of the same size at high power. Pour the crumbs into a bowl of basic salad ingredients.
Add sour cream, also add salt and a few pinches of ground pepper. Stir the salad, remove the sample, adjust the taste if necessary. Pork and apple salad is ready to serve.
