Most often I cook salads with chicken or sausages, but having prepared such a salad for the first time, I was fascinated by it. The combination of products is perfect, all ingredients are in perfect harmony with each other. The appearance of the salad can be, in principle, any - you can adapt to any holiday and lay out layers in the form of a herringbone, a pasochka or an eight (on March 8). On the table, such a salad looks very appetizing and impressive.
Prepare the necessary ingredients for the salad in advance. I take low-fat pork - usually I ask for pulp, but this time I got low-fat goulash.
Dip a piece of lean pork pulp in salted spiced water. After boiling water, reduce heat and cook for another 25-30 minutes. Cool the meat, cut into small cubes and place in the shape of a bone on a suitable dish. Spread gently with mayonnaise.
You can take any kind of hard cheese. Do not rack your brains for a long time, just take your favorite one, grate it on a fine grater and put it on top of a pork layer. Brush lightly with mayonnaise.
Wash the tomato and chop finely. Place gently on top of a layer of hard cheese. It is desirable that the vegetable is ripe and juicy.
Chicken eggs need to be boiled hard, immersed in cold water for 5 minutes and then peeled. Grate the yolks with the whites on a fine grater and gently place on top of the tomatoes. Tamp the layer, grease it with mayonnaise or not - it's up to you.
Garnish the salad "Bone" with pork and cheese, fresh herbs, olives and let it brew for 30-40 minutes.
