The salad, the recipe of which I want to share with you today, can be prepared for the New Year's table. And if you choose a different way of cutting cucumbers and eggs - chop everything as finely as possible, then you can even put such a salad in tartlets, and it will become a snack.
Instead of mayonnaise, you can take sour cream or yogurt: everything will depend on your taste and other preferences.
We completely replace the red onion with the usual one - onion. Boil the eggs in advance and cool. I love it when the eggs will spend at least a few hours in the refrigerator.
