This salad with crab sticks, eggs and corn is quick and easy to prepare. Due to its original and bright taste, it suits the festive table, and due to its speed and satiety, it also suits the everyday menu.
In addition to the listed arguments for including this salad in the menu, one of the main advantages for me was that my daughter eats it, who so far refuses fish! If the crab sticks are of high quality, i.e. made from surimi and tinted with natural paprika dye - it's practically a fish.
For the salad, prepare the ingredients from the recipe list.
Eggs for salad must be hard boiled for 10-12 minutes and refrigerated. While the eggs are boiling, prepare the rest of the ingredients, i.e. peel and slice.
