Shrimps for this salad are suitable both ready-made, boiled-frozen, and simply raw frozen. In both cases, they must be defrosted and fried. Choose lettuce and lettuce herbs and mixes to your taste, a variety of juicy varieties are suitable. Salad with sun-dried tomatoes and shrimps can be prepared in portions or in a common salad bowl.
