On the eve of New Year's holidays, I suggest trying the recipe for the unusual "Olivier". Instead of meat products, we will add crab sticks to the salad, which will significantly change its taste. Some members of my family liked this variation even more than the standard recipe. The Olivier salad with crab sticks turned out to be tender and lighter, despite the fact that all other ingredients remained unchanged.
Now think about what recipe to cook "Olivier" for the festive table))).
Prepare the required set of ingredients. Boil the jacket potatoes and carrots in advance. Wash the eggs thoroughly with a soda solution, rinse and cover with clean water. Bring liquid to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes, then transfer to cold water and let cool completely. After that, vegetables and chicken eggs need to be peeled.
Using a sharp knife or special devices, cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Also chop the carrots and raw onions. At the same time, try to cut the onion as small as possible.
Cut hard-boiled chicken eggs in the same way as the previous ingredients.
Free the crab sticks from the cellophane packaging. Cut lengthwise into quarters and then into cubes.
