I bring to your attention a delicious and satisfying salad of beans and mushrooms, which can be served as an independent dish or an addition to any side dishes. You can use canned beans in the salad or boil them yourself. I cook the beans myself, pre-soaking them overnight in cold water. If you use canned, then be sure to drain all the liquid from the can.

Prepare all the required ingredients from the list.

Rinse the champignons and cut into large strips. Peel the onion.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the mushrooms. When the liquid evaporates, add the onion, cut into half rings. Fry until the onions are transparent. At the end, add salt and pepper to the mushrooms.
