The correct dressing can change the taste of familiar dishes.
Ginger dressing is perfect for vegetable and fish salads. This oil can be used as a shrimp marinade or for making red fish ceviche.
We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Rub the ginger on a grater, remove the zest from the lemon, cut the garlic into cubes, cut the hot pepper into strips. We also need a pinch of salt and dry basil.
The amount of hot pepper and ginger is adjustable to your taste.
We send all the jar (with a tight-fitting lid) in which you will store the oil.
Add the required amount of oil (oil can be added up to 1 liter, but it is still better to cook such oil in small portions), close the lid and shake well. The oil should be allowed to brew for at least 1 hour. Then the oil will turn spicy and ready to eat.
Such oil should be stored in the refrigerator, the shelf life is about 15 days.
Ginger dressing is perfect for fresh vegetable salads and fish dishes.
