The Buddha Bowl will surely appeal to all fans of a healthy lifestyle, because it contains only herbal ingredients. For a retreat, you can allow seafood, cheese or eggs to be added to the container. The name of the dish comes from the fact that Buddha walked with a bowl in his hands, and the locals put some food in his bowl, and different ones. As a result, he ended up in the container with legumes, herbs, vegetables, nuts and even fruits. Moreover, each time the contents of the bowl changed dramatically.
You are free to create any mix, focusing on your own taste and the taste of your family. I suggest you try the green salad made from green ingredients - it is incredibly tasty and juicy. To prevent the dish from turning out tasteless, I allowed myself to sprinkle it with grated Parmesan with nutty notes - the salad only benefited from this! You can add any kind of cheese, not necessarily hard: Mozzarella, Brynza, Feta, etc. Season all ingredients with cold-pressed olive oil.
So, let's prepare the necessary ingredients and start cooking!
Uncover a bunch of spinach, cut off the stems, and rinse each leaf in water, then remove moisture with paper towels. Rinse the cucumber, cut off the ends and cut the cucumber into slices.
Peel the kiwi, rinse in water and cut into slices. Cut the avocado in half and gently peel off one half of the fruit. Cut into slices.
Put all the slices in a deep container: a bowl or salad bowl, sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice so that it does not darken. Pour olive oil over the dish.
Grind the Parmesan on a fine mesh grater and sprinkle on top. Serve the Buddha bowl to the table immediately after its creation, while the dish has the maximum concentration of vitamins and minerals.
Enjoy it!
