So, let's prepare a simple but delicious quinoa salad with sun-dried tomatoes and feta. By the way, there are two types of quinoa in nature: brown and white. I use both types and I can say that brown cereals take longer to boil, and white - 4-5 minutes faster. I will be using brown quinoa today.

We will prepare all the products according to the list. Sun-dried tomatoes we need are those that are sold in oil.

Boil quinoa. To do this, boil 300 ml of water in a saucepan and add a pinch of salt. Add the cereal and let the water boil again, then reduce the heat to low and cook the cereal for 15 minutes under the lid. The groats are ready when they have increased in volume and all the water has boiled away.
