Warm salads are good because they can be served as a complete dish. Dishes that combine cereals and vegetables are always healthy, nutritious and energizing. In the midst of the vegetable season, I suggest you prepare a warm salad with bulgur. The salad turns out to be delicious, saturated with aromas of vegetables and herbs!
To prepare a warm salad with bulgur, you will need the following products:
Sweet peppers must be baked. To do this, it must be washed, dried, wrapped in foil and sent to the oven at 200 C for 30 minutes.
Cut the zucchini and eggplant into small cubes, salt, fry in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes until soft.
Pour cold water over the bulgur so that it is 2 cm higher than the cereal level, cook until tender.
Chop greens and onions.
Remove the peel from the finished bell pepper, cut the pepper into cubes, mix with the courgette and eggplant.
Add hot bulgur, onion and greens to vegetables, season with salt and pepper to taste, mix gently.
Warm bulgur salad is ready, serve it right away!
