Jamon is a special type of dry-cured ham made from pork using a special method. The homeland of jamon is Spain. It is usually consumed with bread, and is also used to prepare all kinds of salads. I will show one of these salads today.
It is good to use different types of lettuce for ham salad, so first prepare the romaine lettuce leaves, they are large and crunchy, the salad will be tastier with them. Rinse them under running water and dry slightly.
Then prepare the leaves of other types of salads, I have a mix. They also need to be washed and dried.
Wash the radishes and cut into very thin slices.
Cut ham and smoked sausage into thin slices.
Cut the tomatoes into slices, remove the olives from the jar.
Cut the onions into thin feathers. It is better to take onions of sweet varieties.
It is very convenient when everything is washed, sliced and prepared for salad assembly. Take the dish on which the salad will be served. Cut the romaine salad with scissors, or tear it into small pieces with your hands and place over the whole dish.
Put the mix salad and radish circles on top of it.
Then add the tomatoes, olives, ham and smoked sausages.
Then add the onions, season with salt and pepper the whole salad, pour generously with olive oil and scatter thin parmesan cheese petals on top. The ham salad is ready.
