Such a salad can be either an independent dish or an excellent side dish for fish or meat. Salad mixtures of sauteed and raw vegetables are extremely tasty and very healthy, since the fiber they contain is easier and more fully absorbed in combination with vegetable fats.

To prepare the salad, you need to take daikon, the fruit of red sweet pepper, leeks, stalked celery, carrots, refined sunflower oil and salt.

Wash, peel and grate the daikon and carrots to prepare Korean-style carrots.

Remove the stalk and placenta with seeds from the pod of sweet pepper, cut it lengthwise into four parts, and then chop each quarter across into thin strips.

Wash the celery stalks thoroughly and cut very thinly across.
