Salad of beef and pickled pepper is very simple to prepare, it can be safely called: "I blinded it from what was." It was, but it turned out not even bad at all … This salad is perfect as a second course for lunch or as a full-fledged dinner, it is quite satisfying.
To prepare the salad, I boiled a piece of beef in advance until tender. Then she cut it into cubes.
Rinse the mix salad leaves and place in a bowl.
Cut the purple onion into thin half rings.
Cut the pickled bell peppers into strips.
Cut fresh cucumber into cubes.
Place all chopped ingredients in a bowl with lettuce leaves, add canned corn, mayonnaise and season to taste.
