Chinese radish appeared on our market not so long ago and immediately attracted attention with its color. The outside is green, and the inside, when cut, is a beautiful deep red-lilac color. And the taste is not harsh, moderately juicy. I immediately decided to use it for making salads.
Of course, the easiest way is to just grate the Chinese radish on a coarse grater, season with mayonnaise or sour cream and that's it, the appetizer is ready. But it is much tastier if you make a hearty salad from such a radish, adding fried mushrooms, boiled eggs, green onions, pickled cucumbers and season with fragrant sunflower oil.
So, we are preparing a salad with Chinese radish, egg and mushrooms …
We clean the champignons and cut into small slices.
Fry the chopped mushrooms over high heat in a skillet with a little sunflower oil. The mushrooms should brown.
Wash and clean the Chinese radish.
Rub the radish on a coarse grater.
Peel the boiled eggs, cut in half and grind them into cubes with a special mesh.
Chop the green onion finely.
Cut the pickled cucumbers into semicircles.
Combine all prepared ingredients, add salt and sunflower oil.
Mix well and serve salad with Chinese radish, egg and mushrooms on the table.
