Look: figs are a fruit and they are sweet. Arugula is mustard-spicy and with a nutty flavor. That is, you can add another drop of something more fruity and another drop of something more pungent and / or nutty. This opens up a wide scope for imagination. The main thing is not to add too much extra so that it becomes more than the main ingredients.

I enhance the sweetness with a dozen berries of fresh grapes (I could have taken raisins - with raisins too, I tried it), I don't need additional spiciness, but I will not give up a spoonful of nuts.
