Soy sauce - 50 ml

Thick yogurt - 2 tablespoons
Salt, pepper, dry garlic - to taste

Roasted turkey salad with yoghurt dressing - incredibly tasty, satisfying and nutritious, will be loved by many. Many have already moved away from harmful salad dressings in the form of mayonnaise, and you must admit that this is pleasing, because in our time there are so many alternatives that buying just mayonnaise is blasphemy. I suggest you make a delicious yogurt dressing, add a little soy sauce, ground pepper, dry garlic, a couple of drops of lemon juice, you can also add sweet mustard - it turns out much tastier and, most importantly, healthier than mayonnaise! The vegetables for the salad can be changed as your opinion suggests.
Prepare all products according to the list.
Rinse and dry fresh turkey fillets. Cut the meat into oblong strips.
Grind the turkey with salt, pepper, add a little dry garlic.
Next, transfer the meat to a deep bowl, pour in soy sauce and mix everything well, leave to marinate for 20 minutes. Lovers of a sweet note can add a couple of drops of honey.
Prepare a salad plate. Peel and wash the bell peppers, cut into strips and place on a plate. Rinse the arugula and green onions, dry, chop arbitrarily, add to the pepper.
Choose small tomatoes, wash and cut off the tails, the place where the stalk grows. Cut the tomatoes into slices and send them to the salad.
Fry the pickled pieces of turkey in a spoonful of vegetable oil. Cool meat and transfer to salad.
Add feta cheese next to the salad. Separately mix a couple of tablespoons of yogurt, a few drops of soy sauce, a pinch of pepper and dry garlic. Add dressing to salad just before serving.
