Sweet tangerine, tart red orange, lettuce bitterness and tuna are all surprisingly well combined in one plate. A salad with citrus fruits and canned tuna is not only tasty and elegant, it is also healthy and, perhaps, exquisite.

The salad is prepared for no more than 30 minutes, but it will certainly surprise guests with its taste and appearance.

Let's prepare the ingredients. For salad greens, I used radicchio, root and arugula, they can be replaced with any other salad mixture. You can use grapefruit instead of red orange. If the red onion is large, half the head will suffice. Throw the tuna on a sieve so that the glass is all the oil, we don't need it. Rinse the herbs and fruits and start cooking.

Let's prepare the dressing: squeeze the lemon juice into the olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste, mix everything.

Peel the red onion and chop it very finely with a knife. We will disassemble the tuna with our hands into smaller pieces, the fork does not suit us in this process, because the salad needs pieces of tuna, not its gruel.

Peel the tangerines and the orange, removing the white fibers as much as possible, and cut the pulp across: the tangerines can be cut into slices, and the orange can be cut first into circles, and then into quarters.

The preparation of the ingredients is complete, you can serve the salad. Put greens on a large dish - if the leaves are large, tear them with our hands. Put slices of citrus and tuna, as well as finely chopped onions on top of salad greens. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix a little.
