Planning a romantic dinner? Make a langoustine salad. Very beautiful in appearance, tasty, light and low in calories. All ingredients are perfectly matched to taste. And with all these solid advantages, a salad is prepared from the strength of 15 minutes.
For the langoustine salad, take the food listed. The langoustine tails must first be thawed. Boil quail eggs for no longer than 5 minutes, cool in cold water.
Peel the langoustine tails from the shell, leave the tail. Do not forget to remove the intestines that run the entire length on top of the tail exactly in the middle. Pat the tails dry with paper towels.
Heat a spoonful of olive oil in a frying pan, fry the langoustine tails on both sides for 1.5 minutes. Put the finished tails on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
