I saw the recipe for this dressing in someone's blog a few years ago and immediately cooked it. Today I wanted to repeat it. The author positioned the gas station as American. Why this is so, I cannot say, but I advise everyone to try this sauce - an unusual, spicy and very memorable taste.

The dressing can be used to flavor a salad made from fresh vegetables - for example, tomato-cucumber, cabbage and just green.

You can serve this sauce with baked meat, sausages, fries, burgers, tartlets and sandwiches. It is very tasty to dip carrots or celery cut into strips into it, or just eat it with bread or flatbread. In general, come up with an application for it yourself.)

Use all of the ingredients above to make American-style salad dressing.

Pre-cut a little onions, garlic and hot peppers. If the bulb is large, then take a quarter of it, and if it is small, then take a half.

All dry ingredients - sugar, salt, paprika, pepper, mustard - put in a blender bowl along with onions and garlic.

Add vegetable oil and ketchup. Leave the lemon juice for last, they will regulate the taste.

Whisk everything well until smooth. Add lemon juice to taste, adjusting the desired acidity. 1 tablespoon was enough for me.

The prepared dressing can be served as a sauce or drained into a jar with a lid and stored in the refrigerator until needed.
