Fried Sandwiches are a frugal recipe where a small amount of minced meat and some of the other available ingredients make a mountain of delicious toast. Such sandwiches are not pretentious in preparation, especially if you have ready-made minced meat (pork, chicken, turkey), that is, you do not need to spend time twisting the meat.

Fried sandwiches are best eaten hot or slightly cooled, as they are tastier. And if you are going on the road, or are thinking of what to put your husband with you to work for a snack, prepare these unusual sandwiches;)

Let's get started: prepare minced pork, onion, egg, potatoes, carrots, salt, black pepper, red pepper, vegetable oil, bread.

In a bowl containing pork or any other minced meat, beat in an egg, add salt, ground pepper (black and red, or only black), add onions (small cubes).

Add raw carrots (fine grater) and raw potatoes (fine grater) to the same bowl. Vegetables, of course, must be peeled before grating:)

Stir the minced meat until smooth. Spread this minced meat and vegetable on slices of bread. It is better to take the bread already cut so that all the pieces are of the same thickness, but what shape it will be is up to you. I had square slices of bread for toast, I spread it, then cut it into triangles to make it easier to fry and turn over.

Now heat the oil in a skillet. When the oil has warmed up, place the spread sandwiches in the pan, spreading them down. Fry until the underside (which is with minced meat) acquires a confident rosy color. Turn the sandwiches over and fry for another minute on the side where there is no spread.

Cook (fry) the rest of the sandwiches in the same way. From a small amount of ingredients, this turned out to be a mountain of fried sandwiches, 14 pieces, this is quite enough for breakfast and lunch, and even left for dinner:)))
