Fried croutons with sausage and cheese - a delicious and satisfying breakfast without hassle.

Ingredients

White bread - 4 slices

Sausage - 50 g

Cheese - 30 g

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Milk - 50 ml

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Salt to taste

Earlier, I showed you how to make a quick and delicious breakfast of croutons with cheese and eggs in a pan. In this recipe, I add pieces of smoked sausage to the cheese. The result is a completely different result, but no less tasty.

You can fry a plate of hearty sausage and cheese croutons in a skillet, even with just a little bit in the fridge.

Sausage can be taken both smoked and boiled. Cut it into slices.

Grate cheese on a fine grater. The bread can be left in large slices or cut in half like I did.

Break the eggs into a deep plate, add a little salt and pour in the milk. Beat.

Dip each piece in an egg with milk, on both sides.

Place in a preheated pan with butter.

When the bread is browned, turn over. Spread the sausage on top.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Cover and leave the sausage and cheese croutons in the pan for a minute or two.

When the cheese is melted, you can remove it from the stove.

Serve immediately.
