Armenian lavash is best suited for a variety of rolls. This thin, unleavened flatbread rolls up perfectly and soaks into the filling. It will take very little time to make a pita roll with cod liver, I indicated 40 minutes, taking into account keeping the roll in the refrigerator for soaking. This appetizer can be prepared in advance.
