Another simple and delicious recipe for making capelin. Now the fish will turn out to be spicy homemade salting. The ingredients for the recipe are minimal: capelin and spices. It will take about 12 hours to fully cook, so it's best to cook overnight.
You will need the following products:
Defrost the capelin at room temperature, clear of heads and entrails.
Prepare the marinade: boil 1 liter of water and add all the spices. Let it boil for 3-5 minutes, cool.
Pour the cooled marinade over the fish and leave in a cool place for 12 hours.
After the allotted time, the fish is ready.
