If you are tired of ordinary sandwiches with red caviar, try to prepare a European serving of this dish and whip the dill-curd mousse. He just reveals the whole taste of greens and simply incredibly relishes in a duet with red caviar.
The basis for the mousse will be oat bread - they are stronger than wafer tartlets and are much more useful than them. Buy red caviar of large caliber - such a product looks gorgeous on light green dill mousse. But the cottage cheese you need is wet, not dry, since you cannot turn a dry dairy product into mousse. If this has already happened and you have just dry cottage cheese in stock - add sour cream or milk to it while whipping.
Prepare the required ingredients.
Rinse half a bunch of green dill and chop it with a knife, adding it to the cottage cheese container along with mayonnaise. There is no need to salt the curd mass - salt is present in red caviar.
Puree everything with a blender or whisk in the bowl of a food processor.
