But if suddenly there is somewhere, then we always take it, because it is an excellent seasoning, much more advantageous than just pickled cheese in cubes, which is common.
Shawarma Cheese Sauce is made from two types of cheese: young cream cheese and mature bell cheese. Depending on how young the creamy is, the sauce will turn out to be either liquid or creamy. It does not depend on the culinary specialist any more - what you buy will be the result. There is a buzz in this and in this. Creamy should be spread immediately on the cake, liquid can be poured over the already spread filling. According to the degree of pungency, there are two versions of shawarma cheese sauce: with ground sweet paprika or with hot chili. Well, I'm telling you what I have met in the assortment of the Turks. At home, you can make, for example, the main sauce with paprika, and additionally sprinkle in portions of lovers of hot chili flakes.
Cheese sauce for shawarma is prepared very quickly, especially liquid. It is better to knead thick with a fork, it lasts longer.
Cut the brine cheese into small cubes.
Mix cream cheese with half of the brine, salt and pepper. If the creamy cheese was thick and the blender is slipping (or you simply don't have it), then you can perform this operation by kneading the brine cheese in a creamy fork. Everything, the sauce, in principle, is ready.
Let's show you how it looks at work. For one serving, I have two tablespoons of liquid shawarma cheese sauce, plus one tablespoon of brine cheese cubes, which we chopped but did not add to the sauce.
