Everyone knows the tartar sauce. The classic recipe, perhaps, can no longer be found. It is based on pickled gherkins, to which various additives are added: greens, anchovies, yolks of hard eggs, etc. Season the sauce with sour cream, vegetable oils, mustard, etc.
Today I propose to diversify it with the addition of olives. Their light aroma and unique taste should not be clogged with strong garlic, so we put only a little garlic - for piquancy.
Take the ingredients for Tartare with Olives and Cucumbers.
Now you need to grind all the products. You can chop finely with a sharp knife, and to make the sauce more tender, you can use a grater. Grate celery stalk and gherkins on a medium wire rack. Remove the remaining skin.
Chop the dill and onion finely.
Pass the olives in the same way.
Now put all the ingredients in a salad bowl or gravy boat.
Add a spoonful of good mayonnaise and sour cream.
Stir the resulting sauce and garnish with herbs.
