Lean oil - 4 tablespoons
White vinegar 3-6% - 2 tsp
White onion - 20 g
Salt - optional

Recently, the price of caviar has begun to "bite" strongly, even on pike, and I really want to treat myself to a delicious snack. This recipe for making tartare from carp caviar will not leave indifferent any gourmet, be sure to try it on occasion, this is a very tasty thing, I recommend it. And don't forget about a glass of icy white, it's just perfect with it!
Prepare all the food you need to make tartare. Peel white onions, wash under running water, dry.
Transfer the caviar into a deep bowl, pour in a spoonful of refined lean oil.
Beat the caviar gently with a regular table fork, it will immediately begin to increase in volume.
Gradually add all the oil, pour in the vinegar, continue to beat the caviar. Taste it, add a little salt if necessary, if the caviar is not salty enough.
Chop the white sweet salad onions as finely as you can. Place the onion into the beaten caviar.
Stir the tartare one last time, put it in the refrigerator for several hours, the onions will marinate during this time, and the tartare will acquire the very necessary taste.
Serve the carp roe tartare in portions. With a fresh baguette or croutons - it's up to you.
