Bacon sandwiches are always a presentable and tasty appetizer that can be served both for a festive table and on an everyday day as a breakfast or snack.
Sandwich bread must be lightly fried to make croutons. Crispy croutons are softened with mayonnaise, and thin strips of bacon lay on top. For juiciness, sandwiches are complemented with fresh tomatoes, and slices of cheese are added to finish.
