The neighbors at the dacha keep geese, ducks, chickens, and, of course, we periodically buy eggs from them - homemade products are always in price and certainly cannot be compared with purchased ones. Imagine how delicious it is to make an omelet or scrambled eggs from these eggs for breakfast … it's just a fairy tale! They also have a much more appetizing aroma than store ones. A goose egg is about 2-3 times larger than a chicken egg, and its taste is richer. Goose eggs are an indispensable product for pregnant women, and they also contain a unique substance - lutein - a powerful antioxidant.
TIP! If you are going to cook goose eggs, they must be thoroughly rinsed, for this, dip them in water with a little soda and rinse with a sponge. To cook hard-boiled eggs, it will take from 20-25 minutes over medium heat under a lid. If you want to boil them softly, it will take about 15 minutes.
So, let's prepare all the necessary products for the goose egg omelet.
For example, I photographed chicken, duck and goose eggs.
First, rinse the eggs and beat into a bowl.
Pour in the cream.
Add chopped green onions, which can be substituted for any greens you like.
