This zucchini appetizer can be served as vegetable caviar or as a spread for sandwiches, croutons.

It is not necessary to cut the zucchini skin. If the skin is tender, then with small splashes of dark green zucchini skin, the snack will look even more interesting.

I use asafoetida instead of onions and garlic. I take 100% and put it in quite a bit. The dish tastes good and becomes healthier.

You can take zucchini instead of zucchini, but I have not tried that.
