The recipe for cooking roasted peanuts with salt in the oven is useful for bachelors who like to gather with friends for a beer on the weekend. Frying delicious salted peanuts is very easy, you don't even have to handle a frying pan. Just preheat the oven and start conjuring with nuts)

Prepare your nuts. I buy peanuts by weight in the peel, they are easy and quick to prepare, and besides, they do not have to be washed, since the peel is removed during the process of eating.

By its appearance, you will immediately understand whether it is worth buying. If peanuts have dark spots, a lot of black or gray nucleoli - such a product is not worth your attention. Nuts should have white kernels and a golden skin.

Place the nuts in a small baking sheet, always in one layer, so they cook faster. Next, put the peanuts in the oven preheated to 190 degrees in convection mode.
