Crispy bread with a juicy filling of fresh tomatoes - very tasty and spicy!
Bread - 9 slices
Fresh tomatoes - 500 g
Powdered sugar - 1 tsp
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt - 1 pinch
Ground black pepper - on the tip of a knife
Basil - 1-2 branches
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Bruschetta with tomatoes and basil is a fairly easy and quick snack to prepare, especially relevant at the height of the vegetable season, since tomatoes are best taken ground, with a rich taste and aroma.
Bread can be taken, in principle, any white. But baguette, loaf, ciabatta are better.
Ideally, it would be good to take olive oil, I use unrefined corn oil.
It is better to serve such an appetizer immediately after cooking, until the crispy bread is soaked by the tomato juice.
Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush or drizzle with vegetable oil. I used a silicone brush. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
While the bread is baking, prepare the filling: rinse the tomatoes, pour over with boiling water, remove the skin. Cut into 4 pieces and remove seeds.
Finely chop the tomato pulp, add peeled, finely chopped clove of garlic, powdered sugar, salt and black pepper. Stir.
The bread is ready!
Place some tomato filling on each slice and sprinkle with chopped basil leaves.
Bruschetta with tomatoes and basil is ready! Optionally, you can add grated Parmesan to the dish.
