Butter dip with baked pepper turns out to be ambiguous! In general, the recipe is quite good: the taste of baked peppers and cheese is clearly felt. I didn’t really like the consistency. over time, the juice of bell peppers is slightly released from the dip, which, in fact, is not difficult to drain, but this moment slightly embarrassed.

With a slice of black bread, such a dip is not bad at all! Prepare a small portion - for a try!

I took red and yellow peppers. Butter must be used proven, high quality, natural.

Rinse the peppers, wrap each in a layer of foil and bake in the oven at 180-190 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Pierce the peppers with a wooden skewer: if the flesh is soft, then the peppers are ready! Let them sit for another 20 minutes in the switched off oven so that they "sweat" and the skin then peels off easily.

Remove the skin from the cooled peppers and remove the core.

Add softened butter, finely grated cheese, salt and paprika to the pulp of the peppers.

Whisk everything together with a blender.

Ready-made butter dip with baked pepper is good both freshly prepared and chilled.
