Since in our time seafood can be purchased in any country, thanks to long-term freezing, I suggest you dry these small shrimps at home and enjoy them with a glass of beer with your family.

The cooking time consists in drying the shrimp, but you can use the balcony instead of the oven, placing the baking sheet with shrimp in the sun, but sheltering it from flies and other insects! It's easier for me to dry them in the oven for about 2 hours at 60-80 degrees and cool them down.
