When you do not want to cook complicated dishes, it is enough to feed your relatives with delicious croutons with tomatoes and cheese, creating them in 10 minutes.

Vegetable oil - 40 ml
Tomatoes 3-4 pcs.

Delicious and hearty croutons with tomatoes and melted cheese - an ideal dish for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack. By the way, if you put sprats on each such decorated sandwich, then croutons can easily be served even on a festive table!
It's very easy to cook them, but the main thing is to let the fried croutons cool slightly before spreading the melted cheese on them so that it does not roll. The taste of cheese can be anything: with bacon, with mushrooms, with garlic, etc. Choose the one you like best.
Tomatoes are best purchased fleshy, not juicy, so that the juice from the cut does not drain from the croutons. Green basil will be the ideal greens for such croutons - its combination with ripe tomatoes is simply incredible! However, in the absence of such greens, you can add parsley or dill.
So, get the ingredients you need ready and start cooking!
Drive chicken eggs into a deep container. Add a pinch of salt and beat together for about 1-2 minutes.
Cut a fresh baguette into slices and dip each slice in the egg mass on both sides.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and place baguette slices in it. Fry on minimal heat for about 1-2 minutes on one side.
Flip the slices over and fry for the same amount of time.
Place the croutons on a plate and cool for about 3-4 minutes. Then brush with melted cheese.
Rinse the tomatoes and cut green cuttings from each. Cut into circles and place on a layer of cheese.
