Fried eggs are served hot, always with liquid yolks, which are soaked with bread crumb. The main thing is not to cover the pan with a lid if you want to get a liquid yolk, otherwise it will be covered with a white veil.
To make the dish more appetizing and attractive in appearance, carefully trim each sausage to the middle. There should be 5-6 cuts on one sausage, the thickness between them is 0.2-0.3 cm. Get chicken eggs, preferably farm eggs with a bright yolk, and for children - quail, as they are more useful.
