I saw these sandwiches a very long time ago in one culinary magazine. I really liked the idea and their appearance, and all the ingredients are perfectly combined to taste. This is ideal for a hearty breakfast, a snack during the day between main meals, you can take them with you for a walk, or you can put them on the festive table.
Prepare all the food you need. Boil potatoes and eggs in advance and cool. Potatoes in their skins are cooked for 15-20 minutes, depending on the variety, boil eggs for no longer than 8 minutes, do not forget to cool in cold water.
Cut the rye loaf lengthwise into two parts, brush with good quality butter.
Wash the lettuce, pat dry with paper towels, tear, put on a layer of butter.
Peel the potatoes and eggs, cut into slices with the tomato. Lay out all the slices, alternating between them.
Top with slices of lightly salted salmon, thinly sliced, and serve immediately after cooking.
It is simply incomparable to a glass of ice white.
