Wheat flour - 2 tbsp. l.
Water - 400 ml.
Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil - for frying

Mushroom champignon sauce is very versatile, as it can be served with any main course. It goes well with both potatoes and pasta and cereals. By changing the side dish and adding mushroom gravy, each time we get a new and tasty dish.
To make mushroom gravy, we need fresh champignons, carrots, onions, flour, water, sour cream, sunflower oil, pepper and salt.
Dice the onion, grate the carrots. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onions and carrots for 7 minutes.
Dice the mushrooms and add to the skillet with the onions and carrots. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
Dissolve flour well in water so that there are no lumps. It's best to first add some water and stir the flour, then add the rest of the water.
Add water and flour to the pan, season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes, covered.
Then add sour cream, stir well and bring to a boil. Let it brew for 10 minutes and serve.
I served freshly prepared mushroom mushroom sauce with pasta, and then with buckwheat. Delicious.
