This sauce, or rather jam, is a bit unusual. It looks like jam, but it tastes like sauce. It goes well with meat and poultry. It has a slight pungency, sourness and sweetness. This sauce can be prepared for future use and stored in the refrigerator.
To make tomato jam for meat, we need the products listed in the list.
Allspice, chili pepper, garlic, mustard seeds are transferred to cheesecloth.

In tomatoes, cut the skin crosswise and send it to boiling water for 2 minutes, and then immediately under cold water.
