Sweet sauces are a very tasty addition to various pastries and dough products. In the midst of ripening of various fruits and berries, you should definitely take advantage of this! Especially aromatic is the sauce made from yellow plum, popularly called "cherry plum" or "marabelka". The fruit itself is sour with a slightly pronounced sweet aftertaste, but it unfolds incredibly aromatic in a duet with granulated sugar.
By the way, sweet cherry plum sauce can even be rolled up for the winter in the form of jam or jam, if after puréing it is poured over the fire a little more, but it should be remembered that the yellow plum is very capricious and should be processed immediately after collection. Otherwise, its surface begins to darken, and the plum loses its bright appetizing yellow color.
Rinse the collected cherry plum and prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Place the marabella in a saucepan and cover with hot water. From the moment it boils, boil the cherry plum for 2-3 minutes. This is necessary so that the shell and bone are easily separated from the fetus.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the plums from the saucepan without pouring out the juice, and separate the shell and bones from the pulp. Try not to miss a single seed, as you will need to purée the pulp with a blender.
Pour the pulp back into the saucepan with the juice and place over the fire.
