You don't have to season the salad with fatty mayonnaise; you can make a light yogurt-based sauce yourself by adding spicy cilantro, garlic for a tempting aroma, and something else. This sauce is good for summer vegetable salads, although this is not its only use, it is also suitable for various pita rolls and other dishes. It can be taken on a picnic and eaten with various snacks, or simply by dipping fresh vegetables into it.
The sauce is prepared very quickly and is stored in the refrigerator for no more than two days, unless you use it all at once. And here it is eaten immediately, because it is light and tasty. To make this yoghurt cilantro sauce, let's take a list of foods.
Wash the cilantro thoroughly, then dry it.
Chop the cloves of garlic, chop the cilantro at random, so that it is convenient to put in a blender.
Put cilantro, garlic and some yogurt in a blender. Grind cilantro until chopped.
Now we transfer the mass to a bowl.
Add the rest of the yogurt, wine vinegar and lemon juice to it, mix.
Finally, add olive oil and salt to taste the sauce. Mix the sauce well until smooth.
The yogurt sauce with cilantro is ready, pour it into the gravy boat and season any salad with it.
We serve yoghurt sauce directly to the table as a light dressing sauce for various dishes.
