You want to enjoy delicious pasties with meat or cheese in the heat of the heat. To give the dish a spicy zest, I would like to suggest preparing two types of aromatic garlic sauce for them. Red tomato sauce made from country tomatoes with fresh basil from the garden is a godsend for a gourmet. Delicate garlic-sour cream sauce is suitable not only for pasties. I often use it for manti, khinkali or dumplings. Sauces are prepared very quickly, as they say, one-two-three!

For the preparation of sauces for pasties, we use the ingredients from the list.

We wash the tomatoes. Let the vegetables dry. We twist in a meat grinder along with the skin. Pre-cut the stalk. The resulting tomato puree is the first sauce for pasties.
