I bring to your attention another recipe from my favorite pumpkin. Pumpkin syrup is prepared quite simply and quickly, but it turns out to be incredibly tasty. It is added to tea or coffee, and is also poured over pancakes, casseroles, cheese cakes, pancakes, etc.
Such syrup is perfectly stored in the refrigerator, the main thing is to place it in a clean glass container and close it tightly with a lid.

To prepare pumpkin syrup, prepare the products according to the recipe list.
Peel the pumpkin, wash and cut into small cubes.
