Cauliflower - 250 g

Water - 1 l

Canned peas (with filling) - 350 g

Bulb onions - 1-2 pcs.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Processed soft cheese "Creamy" - 100 g

Vegetable seasoning - 1 tablespoon

Refined sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.

Such a low-calorie soup will really appeal to those who are intensely struggling with excess weight. It is not only very tasty, but also vitamin, as it contains many healthy vegetables. Processed cheese and cauliflower give it a delicate flavor, while poured peas add a spicy touch. Cook and enjoy!

To prepare the soup, you need to take chicken fillet, water, cauliflower, canned green peas, onions, carrots, vegetable seasoning and soft cream cheese, refined sunflower oil and parsley.

Cut the fillet into large pieces, add cold water and cook for 30 minutes.

Disassemble the head of cabbage into small cobs.

Peel the onion and chop finely.

Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.
